  • Develop and maintain reusable test utilities, scripts, and CI/CD integrations;

  • Create, execute, and maintain performance tests;

  • Analyze performance bottlenecks in a complex distributed system;

  • Work with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues;

  • Contribute to test strategy, coverage planning, and performance analysis;

  • Maintain and improve test environments using automation approaches and scripting languages (bash, ansible, etc.);

  • Ensure test reporting is clear, actionable, and visible for analysis;

  • Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or performance engineering;

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java;

  • Experience with various performance testing tools;

  • Experience in testing REST and SOAP APIs;

  • Experience with scripting (Bash or similar);

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines;

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills;

  • Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings clearly.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture;

  • Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible or similar);

  • Experience building internal tools or testing frameworks;

  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools;

  • Confident English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) for daily communication and documentation.

What We Value:

  • Engineering mindset over manual execution;

  • Ownership and accountability;

  • Clear communication and progress transparency;

  • Continuous improvement and automation-first thinking;

  • Collaboration across teams.

We offer:

  • Well-coordinated professional team;

  • Cutting edge technologies, interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career growth;

  • Additional Health and Life Insurance Package;

  • Employee Assistance Program;

  • 25 vacation days;

  • This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
