Our team is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support and develop our core build infrastructure.
The successful candidate will become a vital part of the team that ensures the stability and efficiency of the company's development processes.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: The engineer will administer and update our core tools, including multiple Jenkins instances, Nexus and JFrog Artifactory repositories, and a fleet of Linux and Windows build hosts.
On-call Support: The role involves serving as the main point of contact in our engineering chat, helping users with build-related questions, and diagnosing and fixing failures in pipelines and infrastructure.
CI/CD Development: Responsibilities include creating new and improving existing pipelines in Jenkins and GitLab, helping teams deliver their code faster and more reliably.
Automation: The engineer will identify bottlenecks in current processes and automate them, expanding our infrastructure's functionality and making it more efficient.
Monitoring: The position requires monitoring the health and performance of the build system to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Requirements:

    Core Requirements:

  • Linux and Bash: In-depth knowledge of Linux, administration experience, and strong Bash scripting skills.

  • Jenkins: Experience creating and debugging complex declarative and scripted pipelines using Groovy, including the development of Jenkins Pipeline Libraries.

  • Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration.

  • AWS: Hands-on experience with cloud storage solutions such as S3, compute services like EC2, and container orchestration with EKS.

  • Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and OCI-compliant runtimes.

   Nice-to-have:

  • Experience writing and debugging build scripts for CMake.

  • Proficiency in Python for automating tasks and writing auxiliary tools.

  • Experience developing pipelines in GitLab CI.

  • Experience with build systems like Maven and Gradle.

  • Experience with Windows Server administration and knowledge of PowerShell.

  • Experience administering Nexus and/or JFrog Artifactory.

  • Experience building monitoring systems with Grafana.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Helm charts for Kubernetes applications.
