RingCX is an omni-channel contact center solution designed and developed by RingCentral.

It is a product for the global market that combines a variety of ways of interaction between companies and clients: from classic voice calls to digital channels like WhatsApp, facebook, Twitter, email and SMS. We create a platform that helps companies to be closer to their customers and respond to their requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Being a driver for company growth, RingCX evolves rapidly and that’s why we are looking for a new colleague — Product Owner into one of teams working with telephony core. This position assumes close work with product managers, design teams, development teams and R&D department. A successful candidate will be required to collect and work out the requirements for projects within the existing product line, managing the development teams from the product side, and track implementation accordingly.


  • Identify, work through, and prioritize customer needs as requirements for new product features.

  • Gather, analyze and validate product requirements turning them into initiatives, user stories and technical tasks.

  • Define concise description and acceptance criteria, validate the result on sprint demos and maintain product quality standards together with QA engineers.

  • Prioritize and rank items in the backlog.

  • Manage scope of sprints and order of work chunks.

  • Manage scope of upcoming release and coordinate dependencies with other teams.

  • Promptly resolving all the issues related to the clarification and adaptation of requirements. 

  • Maintain and foster relations with stakeholders and different teams within the organization by keeping them updated, accumulate feedback and manage their expectations.


  • At least 3 years of working experience as a product owner, product manager or business analyst. CSPO/ACPM or similar certificates are an asset.

  • Upper-intermediate spoken and written English (we have constant communications with teams and stakeholders all over the world).

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies used for server-based services in complex interconnected systems. 

  • Ability to effectively convey information verbally, visually and in writing.

  • Experience in working in agile environments and collaborating with multiple teams involved.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize and execute.

  • Empathy and ability to focus on solving customer problems.

  • Excellent analytical and data exploratory skills.

  • Ability to quickly reveal, digest and process new information.

  • Ability to find common ground and overcome disagreements.

  • Understanding and experience with contact center or call center domains (IVR, ACD, queues, etc) is an asset.

  • Understanding and experience with integration of multiple systems is an asset.
