We are looking for a colleague who is interested in IT recruitment, eager to learn quickly, and able to find the right approach to different candidates.
Our team is responsible for hiring across a wide range of engineering roles, including DevOps, SRE, Frontend and Backend Engineers, QA, and others.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and initial screening of IT specialists (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
Initial communication with candidates: messaging, screenings, HR interviews.
Managing candidates throughout the entire hiring process: interview scheduling, collecting and providing feedback.
Collaboration with hiring managers and the team
Welcoming and supporting new hires on their first working day
Participation in HR department projects (internal initiatives, external events, etc.)
Requirements:
Higher education or current enrollment in the final years of study
Strong interest in IT recruitment and the technology field
Friendly, proactive, and communication-oriented mindset
Ability to work with large amounts of information; strong organizational skills
Languages:
English level - Intermediate or higher
Russian level - Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
