Java developer (Billing team)

JettyCloud looks for IT professionals on behalf of RingCentral to join its team in Sofia.

RingCentral Bulgaria is a new European branch of an American company RingCentral. JettyCloud is a software R&D center that works for RingCentral. Due to our long-term partnership we help the company to find talented engineers who will work on #1 cloud communications solution.

Now we are looking for Java Developer in the Billing team that deals with intra-billing projects (credit card processing, integration with payment systems, etc.), integration of our billing system with the main product, processing of subscriptions of new users (independent and through sales agents).

Job responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of billing system functionality in one of five teams

  • Design and develop components (micro-services) in Java

  • Work on integration of components of billing system with telecommunication service

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in development from 3 years

  • Experience with Java 8/11

  • Experience in developing high-load applications on JSE/JEE

  • Experience of writing Unit and Integration tests on Java

  • Experience with SQL databases

  • Experience with the Git version control system

  • Experience with Maven, Gradle, etc

  • Experience with Unix/Linux command line

  • Knowledge and experience of application of design patterns GoF, EE

  • Teamwork

  • Ability to conduct technical correspondence and work with project documentation in English (Intermediate level)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in such frameworks as Dropwizard, Spring Boot

  • Swagger application experience

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
