JettyCloud looks for IT professionals on behalf of RingCentral to join its team in Sofia.
RingCentral Bulgaria is a new European branch of an American company RingCentral. JettyCloud is a software R&D center that works for RingCentral. Due to our long-term partnership, we help the company to find talented engineers who will work on #1 cloud communications solution.
RingCentral builds a high-available cloud-based contact center that combines all kinds of telephony features and many digital communication channels with customers (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, email, SMS, etc.) into one service. We develop a modern and reliable product that helps companies be closer to their customers and respond to their requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our product is a revolutionary system that processes large volumes of audio data in real-time, leveraging AI and telecommunications technology.
Responsibilities
Processing large volumes of data;
Creating convenient APIs;
Integrating with other teams;
Maintaining a scalable system of integrations with external resources.
Languages and technologies:
Code is written in Rust;
We actively use gRPC, Mongodb, Kafka, Postgres, CI/CD in Gitlab, Kubernetes and gitops approach.
Requirements
Experience in backend development, ideally in Rust or C/C++;
Experience with concurrency, asynchronous programming, high load, and streams;
Experience with Kubernetes is also required;
Love of testing and understanding of the need for them;
Experience with Unix systems;
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban);
Ability to articulate thoughts effectively and work in a team;
At least an intermediate level of English is required.
